Joshua has worked as an English teacher for more than 20 years. He has worked in Germany, Mexico, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and across the United States.

Joshua has worked as an ESL teacher, teacher-trainer, academic director, school director, and course writer. He was also the Director of Academic Management for EF Education First and an English Language Fellow for the United States Department of State.
He has an MA in Teaching English and was a public speaking national champion. He is a full time father, and enjoys travel, nature, languages and playing music.
