A RULE OF THUMB

Subscriptions: Subscription Plans are subject to automatic re-billing and will automatically renew at the end of the plan’s billing cycle. Users may cancel the Recurring Payment at any time with their account. As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not issue refunds after a subscription purchase or subscription renewal. Once a payment is made, no refunds will be offered. All members receive a weekly email which serves as a reminder of a user’s subscription. In addition, users can see time remaining and all subscription information with their user dashboard.

Sharing materials: All user activity and PDFs can be tracked. Illegal and/or unauthorised use of the Website will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress. Users are not permitted to share eSchool Publishing, LLC content. The content is for individual use only. Users are permitted to share answer sheets with students.

Sharing Accounts: Under no circumstances are users allowed to share login details with others. If users are found to be sharing login details, the account will be permanently banned, no refund will be given. eSchool Publishing, LLC are not required to pre-warn or inform users before a ban is given because the terms of use are clear.

Account protection: The website uses device and IP tracking software. If multiple devices / IPs log in to the same account, the account will be blocked. No refunds will be issued.
Suspicious download activity will result in a ban, until the user’s identity is verified.

ACCEPTANCE

Welcome to the website and online service of eSchool Publishing, LLC. This is a legal agreement between you and eSchool Publishing, LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of the edulab.pub. eSchool Publishing, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, amend, modify, add or remove terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service, at any time.

eSchool Publishing, LLC will endeavour to inform the account holder within 24 hours of updating the Terms of Service, via email. Your continued use of eSchool Publishing, LLC following the changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the site.


PURPOSE

eSchool Publishing, LLC provides English learning educational content. The use of the content is for individual use only. It is forbidden to share eSchool Publishing, LLC content. You cannot share content with other people via the internet, in-person or any other method. Sharing eSchool Publishing, LLC is forbidden in all circumstances.

eSchool Publishing, LLC acknowledges that when you obtain access to edulab.pub through buying a membership, it is possible for you to download lesson plans onto your computer. Through purchasing a membership, eSchool Publishing, LLC hereby grants to you a limited personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, worldwide, revocable, non-assignable and non-transferable right and licence, to access, read, display on your computer, download and print a single copy of the text and images which are available on edulab.pub, and make photocopies to distribute to your own students only, solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to share content via the internet, in-person, or any other method with other people.

The Licence is personal to you, and may not be assigned, transferred or sub-licensed to any other person. You may not make any commercial use of edulab.pub, include edulab.pub in or with any product that you create or distribute, or copy the edulab.pub onto your, or any other person’s, website. You will keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. Your use of edulab.pub does not transfer to you any ownership or other rights related to edulab.pub. All accounts are created with Paypal / Stripe. Please consulate with paypal.com / stripe.com if you have any queries, concerns or doubts connected to the accounts used on edulab.pub. All data, sensitive information and billing information is held by paypal.com. eSchool Publishing, LLC do not, and never have, and never will, store data, sensitive information or billing information.

eSchool Publishing, LLC is not responsible for any password, usernames or other information related to a user’s Paypal account. Please consulate with paypal.com regarding this issue.

You can not transfer or sell your account and account designation to another party. If you are registering as a business entity, you personally guarantee that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms of Service. You may not use edulab.pub to direct shoppers to another online selling venue to purchase any products. This includes posting links/URLs or providing information sufficient to locate the other online site. You cannot use your account for the purpose of redirecting traffic to another web location.

Certain aspects or all of the edulab.pub will not be available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended registered users. edulab.pub reserves the right, in edulab.pub sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. edulab.pub reserves the right to refuse our content to anyone, for any reason, at any time.


PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All payments, orders, cancellations, errors, misprints, encryption and information related with purchasing a subscription to edulab.pub is the responsibility of PayPal / Stripe.

eSchool Publishing, LLC will endeavour to help all members, but holds absolutely no liability.


RULES OF CONDUCT

You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of edulab.pub and for all of your communication and activity in using edulab.pub, including anything deemed so by the owners of edulab.pub. By using edulab.pub you agree that edulab.pub is not responsible, or liable for any of your actions, or conduct on edulab.pub. Including anything you do that is in infringement to intellectual property rights.
